Whether you play sport outside or go to the gym, basically run around, exercise and have lots of fun. Your body and golf swing will reap the rewards!

  • Premier Personal Trainer, BTEC National Diploma in Sport Science, modules including Biomechanics, Nutrition in sport and exercise, Anatomy and physiology, Sport psychology, GP referal special populations, Programme design and more!
  • REPS Level 3 Advanced
  • First Aid at Work
